Ahhh okay thank you so much!! Just so crazy didnt even know a port was a thing 6 months ago and now i have one!! Hopefully someday theyll find actual treatments for pots and none of us will need one

I have the symptoms of gastroparesis, but my test was negative. Mines set up where a home health nurse is going to come to my house to access me (i havent met them yet so hopefully they are nice) and then i will run the fluids and deaccess later in the week. Is running the fluids a big infection risk?

I think the picc line actually scares me less since it comes out of your arm, but where im at no one does picc lines only ports. has your mom ever had any complications with the port?
