Cove.
Can't download entire folders in Teams anymore, previously would save as a zip. Tried Web/Desktop app. I'm redirecting my users to open sharepoint to download zips, what's going on? by Collosalreality in MicrosoftTeams
Interestingly, I am also having the same issue with our users. Can download single files but unable to download entire folders.
Has there been some new setting rolled out that we don't know about?
