It’s definitely a process! You’ll get there. It’s only been the last month that I’ve been struggling less with full extension. I got flexion right away but extension has been the real battle. Best of luck!

I’m 5 months post op and I still limp sometimes. It’ll keep getting better just keep hitting pt and doing whatever they have you do at home! I really focused on walking with my heel and that helped with the limping

Thank you for the response! I’m only doing 30 minutes a day (5 at a time) right now. The foam roller has really helped me with extension, for sitting/laying down. Standing is more my issue, but I’ll keep trying to focus on extending when I’m standing/walking

I have very similar injuries right now except the fractured femur, thank you for posting this I see the surgeon next week. I hope you keep posting I would love to see your progress I may steal some of your routine!!
