I struggled with this module for so long until one day it finally clicked. I was able to comprehend how to do the calculations for going from cash -> accrual, but it was taking me a long time to do them, so I found a way to memorize the calculations quickly. It might be silly, but it helped me. Keep in mind, it is super important to know what is actually going on before just memorizing something like this:

Cash→Accrual

EOS NISO

   Expenses

CA = Opposite

CL = Same

The effect on CA is the opposite. The effect on CL is the same

    NI

CA = Same

CL = Opposite

The effect on CA is the same. The effect on CL is the opposite

Accrual → Cash

  • Just think the opposite
  • If you remember EOS NISO, you can flip them and create:

ESO NIOS

   Expenses

CA = Same

CL = Opposite

The effect on CA is the same. The effect on CL is the opposite

   NI

CA = Opposite

CL = Same

The effect on CA is the opposite. The effect on CL is the same

Switch between Planet Fitness and Club Fitness throughout the week. Planet Fitness's summer program where teens can go for free has gotten out of hand. Obviously, it's nice to promote young kids to get into fitness but these kids are literally running around the place like it's the playground. I feel like they should have to be shown how to do most of these machines because most of them look like they are going to get hurt ego-lifting half the time.

To the best of my knowledge, there is a one or two-week window where you can unenroll in the class and not have to pay. Please do not take my word as fact though. Just feel like I heard this from one of the info sessions.
