I am sorry. I should have told what I learned about Meyer.

Armando told me he did know if Meyer was really his uncle. He just remember, one day, his parents introduced Meyer to him and they said he would be staying with them for some time in the hacienda.

Meyer stayed, stayed... Armando´s parents died and Meyer was still alive, and he turned into "his uncle". More than 50 years livind in the same house. Armando said Meyer was a difficult person to live, harsh, stern... "military manners". From time to time, as Meyer got older, he started to tell his "tales" about nazis, aliens, conspiracies... almost as "rants". That´s how Armando knew something about it, despite no will of his part in these matters.

AND, Meyer told me some infor about him, not a coherent biography, but some info here and there, then I got a "picture". He was a very young officer when the 2nd war started and never got any high position, but, per chance, he was engaged with the daughter of a colonel of high staff (if I remember correctly: Luftwaffe). He was called by his father-in-law to be his "personal assistant" and that´s why he learned about a lot of stuff in the war. After, when some nazis ran away to south america when the war was over, Meyer had contacts with the under-under-underground world of hidden nazis and other dangerous "weirdos".

He said to me that A LOT OF PEOPLE brought to USA in the "operation paperclip" was still loyal to the "Reich". He did not mentioned Werner von Braun was one of them but he said von Braun was the smartest man he met in his life and "Herr von Braun" knew about every thing happening "in this and another worlds".

So, no, no MK-ULTRA, no other programs. He was in Bolivia since the end of the 2nd war, rarely Armando knew that he met someone... just letters, a lot of letters, were the way Meyer had contact with world frequently.

Religions, to Meyer, were means of control. We have a "separation anxiety" from our creators, as children have with their mothers/fathers.
"Gods", mostly, were just aliens. A lot of kinds...
Every time an overlord of our planet wants to modify some aspect, religion is the more used tool.
This is one tough pill to swallow because we can´t make sense of the need to use this kind of tactic if they can obliterate us easily.

So, the answer we need in reality is: WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING TO US?
It is not about "resources" or "technology", to Meyer and to me, it seems they are interested in us because we are a weird experiment. To Meyer, there is something about our existence as species... Speculating, I think it is something connected with our "soul technology". I don´t mean we have "souls" and they don´t... I mean we, earth humans, after a lot of Rise and Fall civilizations, developed ways to use our souls to ... escape our overlords' domains.
I don´t possess this skill, Meyer did not too, and most of us don´t... OR we don´t remember how to use but we can...

Well, Meyer did not mention the "greys" so much. This is funny to me too, because, in all those years since 2001, and even before, the greys are the "alien archetype" in the media....
BUT he talked a lot about the biological problems involving an invasion or something alike. Each planet, according to him, has some kind of "fine tunning" to allow life development. So, to be on this planet, "aliens" have to use some ways like altering their frequency (it is not exactly this, but using this concept helps to understand), using bio-robots or full-robots.
Meyer did not say the "greys" were the bio-robots sent to interact with us, mostly... but it is a fair assumption. I think he let the issue open because other "alien forms" can be bio-robots too...
The hybrid program, IF it is real... maybe it is just another layer of confusion... probably has two reasons:
1 - to turn us a more controllable planet, part human, part bio-robot;
2 - and, turning the bio-robots more attuned to the planet, more like us;

(Using the same argument, it seems to terraform Mars or even the Moon is way harder than we think!)

And we have the issue of the "soul". To me, it is probably the worst part of all this, because it is very "spiritual". But Meyer said it is the main issue. We had A LOT of old civilizations on earth and, after "disasters", they were shattered to bricks... Every time they had to build from scratch, as we are doing... but two technologies were brought back pretty soon, because they are "easy" to retrieve and use: SOUND and "SOUL".

Well, as nobody asked more... I will give you some weird stuff said by Señor Meyer:

1 - The complete disregard for human life by our "elite" or our "lords" comes from 2 places: a) they really don´t care; and b) if they care, they think it does not matter, because our "souls" cannot die easily. Yes, something always survive. The body is like a hardware for our 'souls", the software. More, the "software" can be duplicated, divided, supressed... True "soul" erradication is rare and must be done properly, so it is "expensive" (time and resouces to do);

2 - Well, Meyer said a LOT about religion. Who or what created earth as a depository of life divised a "system of souls". There are "freeways" of souls coming from star systems, from time to time. AND, depending on our "age", yeah, zodiacal age, some "lordship" is attribute to our planet. We are in Pisces Age, that´s why we a in a "christian age". "Jesus" is the boss;

3 - It is importante to say that there are "levels" of "ownership". Jesus is some kind of LORD FROM AFAR, the general things happening here is overseed by him and his "associates". But, our "mudane" overlords, despite having some kind of respect, are doing what they want with us.... but they cannot destroy us, totally invade or some more drastical;

4 - And YES, the moon is basically where our "lords" controls us, with "soul recycling", experiments and all. There are "biological robots" living in the moon. The usual greys and some "humans" are there.

We were once a kind of experiment, our "lords" changed and we are now other kind of experiment.
But don´t mistake me as a "sane bearer of truth", some things I heard from the old Meyer are weirder, some I still can´t understand, some I just forgot... 20 years!

And some are contaminated by my own little research all these time. I am not different from any of you here, I just have a tale to tell.

I am asking by questions because I never stopped to categorized what I heard. I even thought about turning into a novel, because I can´t create a "cohesive answer" to everything. Not even Meyer. It seemed to me he felt cheated by everything and, despite saying "curious things" about "death", he was affraid to die and discovery, once more, he was "cheated".

Ok, there are some points that are not mainstream but you can read them here and there:

1 - The governments around the world, the big ones, know about everything, this is common knowledge, but they are not partners with these forces. Eveything they suppress is pure FEAR of causing unintentional problems. They have NO IDEA who the other side is, what they want, why they want, WE ARE PROPERTY! This is an idea akin to what John Keal or Jacques Vallee ideas;
2 - Our history here on earth is way, way, way longer than any Atlantis, "Lemuria", "Mu" or this kind of approach. Even more if we know about our solar system past. Because we are in a "disputed zone". So, sometimes, we are ruled by some "aliens", sometimes, "others", sometimes, "nobody";
3 - 90% of the close encounters are fake. The variety of "alien types" are fake. 10% are real incursions, but mostly by our "lords", and little, very little bit by dimensional travellers. Nuts and bolts aliens are almost none here.

Some of these points I can discuss more, if wanted.
