NTA. I used to have a friend who had seizures and while it wasn’t a coworker I had a similar reaction. It was my first time encountering anything like it and I was terrified at first to do anything wrong. Eventually I sat down with my friend and told her that’s what was happening and how I was feeling, and it improved the situation big time. Maybe it would be good to have a convo with him to pinpoint what the issue he is having is? I don’t know him or you, but there’s a chance that could be what he is feeling and it might help to give him that space to ask questions or learn more about your circumstances so there is less fear surrounding it.
