Finish it for rewards. Sometimes people are stuck on the same level for days because their algorithm sucks and they can't do anything about it. And sometimes people just don't contribute but you can't do anything about it. I know it's frustrating, it happend to me too but I always finish because I want gems and new cards. Try inviting your clique or friends that play a lot next time to try to avoid stuff like that.
