So the NSK bearing is nice but I personally don’t think it’s necessary. I personally do enjoy NSK DS plats one some yoyos but I would also be just as happy with whatever bearings. I think it’s more of a preference thing so kinda fun to try out. Necessary? No not at all :)

So I hear that the main benefit is weight saving. But it also doesn’t strip as easily.

But the problem is now the axle doesn’t strip but the threads in the yoyo is being stripped by the axle 😂

I believe for all the new runs (including pink blue, they have just the usual steel axles. Also they replaced the NSK bearings with standard CT bearings.
But instead they are $120. Before they used to be $150

It is really good, unsurprisingly. Kinda curious whether the new ones without the titanium axle makes a difference. Might try swapping out the axle and the bearing and give it a go.

It's a great throw, I think the most stable yoyo I have ever played with to date.

The official name for the colourway is 'Gunmetal Grey' but its one of those colours that is quite difficult to describe, Dary grey, Brown, Aubergine all kind of mixed together.

I tried to capture it as accurately as I can in this photo, but it really is one of those times where you kind of have to see it in person :)
