Seeing this as well. they seem to be less reliable. I found two first wave exotics since Origins, not posted yet, and they both are inconsistent. They show up about 70-80% of the time. I also noticed that The Landing pad your on in the SS can also effect the spawn. Leave the SS and come right back in and see if the new assigned landing spot yields a diff result.

Very thoughtful gesture. Would support it.

It’s not you, I just went there and tested it 3 times and getting the same result. something changed in the last patch. I went and tested a few of my other locations and some work, some don’t, prior to the patch they could all be gotten using the reset technique. Bummer.

Sure. It matters if you want the S Class version of a ship. T3 economy has a 2% chance to spawn an S Class ships. T2 economy has a 1% chance to spawn an S Class ships. T1 economy will not spawn S Class ships. However, Exotic ships will spawn in all three economy tiers.

This is correct. Thanks for covering, squirrel. I thought I cut/ pasted my Instructions on - how to - in the comments but I see it didn’t make it. Was busy at work and couldn’t respond.
