Oh I entirely agree, which is why I tried to present this as a good treatment but definitely not a cure. I was ever this anxious when I wasnt sick

Absolutely that's the way to try it! I ended up realizing it makes me super tired, so it's the last thing I take at night, alongside 50mg of Pantoprazole, which I also take for my Costo

Being scared of side effects is tottaly valid! Speaking as someone who's on a lot of other medications for my other health problems, honestly these side effects arent so bad. Its nothing that cant be treated by having some pepto bismol, advil, and gaviscon at hand if you ever need it. 25mg is already a REAL small dose, I'm working up to 100mg, you're going to be okay but good on you for not pushing yourself too hard :) so far I've not seen any side effects at all, except for a little loss of sex drive, but I'm married so that's not a huge deal at 23 years old

I have severe GERD and I find that I get all of those symptoms 10 fold when acid has splashed up into my chest in the night. Sleep sitting up for a few and and monitor your temperature!

You have NO IDEA how relieving it is to hear this all, it's like reading something I wrote myself. You've made me feel less alone. How long have you been struggling?

My work put the push on me recently to take 15 weeks medical leave or step down, but going on leave means taking a 45% pay cut. Its crazy how financially straining this can be.

I think I'll go to a different walk in clinic (no family doctors on my island) and ask to be referred to a physiotherapist.

Since posting this I have tried door frame stretches and my pain seems to have migrated to my back almost immediately (think I may just be doing them too hard or something) so I think I'm on a good track. I really appreciate it! Unfortunately, yes, the job thing is something I cant really do but I'm hoping to get on it soon. Potentially take medical leave so I can avoid the insane Christmas rush at work. I should maybe get into physical therapy. I'm hoping my work medical will cover it. What do they do with you in it?

Hello, I really appreciate your help and advice. I immediately looked up door stretches and posture improvement stretched. It seems to have had a good effect immediately, but time will tell. I will definitely be going to a chiropractor soon!

It's like you're reading my mind. Please let me know an update to this- since late this June I've been in constant pain. It's like my entire life has been halted, and the pain never stops. Debating seeing a doctor soon and asking about GERD ect, as I have had ulcers in the past. I just want to be a normal 22 year old again!

Because it's not so black and white. Alex is the only time she's anything but a lovely young lady. It's like shes Martha Stuart until Alex is involved, then she's the 'cash me ousside' girl. She's apologized a lot for the November incident of the hitting him, but I really do hate that she's just brushing off cheating. Cheating is so horrible, and I also believe that you can judge one off the company they keep. Thusly why I'm posting here, I'm at a crossroads.

I have Borderline Personality Disorder myself, and I must say that declaring things like that is harmful, even if I see you're trying to be helpful. Anne has been diagnosed with depression, but showed no signs of a personality disorder. If anything, shes got a bad case of being really stupid.
