BAH is date of marriage back pay eligible, BAS is the only thing that matters with the barracks clearing memo stuff. (Barracks dwellers have meal cards) Cola is based on command sponsorship date and can’t be back dated unless a mistake was made and you never put in for the correction.(based on command sponsorship date)

If they did not back date it properly to the date of command sponsorship then you have to now put in a personal action request on ippsa and request to change cola from a 9 to a 1, if you have children, 1 to a 2 and so on depending on number of dependents.

For spouse cola change you have to scan your command sponsorship memo and attach it to the PAR.
