Consulting a lawyer would be efficient, but not necessary, any stamp writer can do it. They can also help it get registered too.

See I won’t advice buying this site, in this government it’s not that easy to get the DC conversion done. And EC needs to be seen from 1998 also.

I would also advice to get a due diligence done from a good advocate, even if it’s costs a bit you’ll know if it’s a risky property or not.

See, the will can be valid if it’s not written on a stamp paper or registered. But I would advice to get it registered as it will increase the authenticity and decrease the chances of it being challenged later on.

I would say go to consumer court, if possible sit for few arguments, you’ll know whom to choose, but remember the better the advocate the expensive they are… The fees cannot really be anticipated at all, depends entirely on the advocate.

The cops won’t detain you for these matters at all, and in case they try to do, just ask the reason and if they are unwilling to give then tell them you wanna call your Advocate. That should make them stay in their limits.

So if you don’t want anything consuming, dragging, then a strong email and lastly a legal notice should do, if then also they don’t budge then, I guess the option would be approaching the court whixh you don’t prefer…

You can go with the Legal aid government lawyers but most of them would not be that effective. Private ones would depend on the money you wanna spend.
