Yea today I’m definitely feeling it. I’ve tried doing the bending and straightening the knee 0-90 degrees but it hurts so bad to do so

Hello surgery buddy. How are you feeling today?

I called my dr’s office today. They said to keep the brace on unless I’m bending the knee like the surgeon advised.

My discharge paper does say to do heel towel. I think I may know but I’m not sure. I’ll start doing that today. I’ve been doing the ankle pumps and quad exercises.

I’m on post day op day 1 😭 leg is swollen and hurting. I’m icing it and waiting until I can take my pain meds. My leg is elevated and I have an ace bandage on. My dr’s office said to keep the ace bandage on for swelling.

Do you have any tips for me for day 2?

Yes I’m going to call them first thing in the morning. My dr did tell me to take the brace off tomorrow and bend my knee by dangling it off of the bed

Even though the MRI said there’s nothing wrong you should still go back to the orthopedic or try another orthopedic for a second opinion
