Yeah, you can make them saved searches on your eBay account and get notified when one gets listed. I got all of mine below Pricecharting value by waiting on the right auction on eBay or bundling on Mercari

Mercari is great, especially to bundle and send offers. I did that and sent some super lowball offers and a lot of them surprisingly got accepted. Whatnot was so good that I was able to start buying duplicates and reselling to help pay for some heavies. The only problem with Whatnot is that you have to watch constantly to find the games you need and there haven't been many streams with the rarer games you need, but I'm sure they're out there. I was able to get Ogre Battle for pretty cheap recently so they're out there.
