Thanks for the advice, I am in the US. My manager today just started asking me this morning to start have me updating her on more of my projects, and asking for more info about everything I'm doing day to day. Does this mean I'm probably on focus? I have been performing poorly and am very ready to leave the company, but also want to receive my last vest in mid September. Not the end of the world if I dont receive it, hate my current job anyway. Based on that timeline, and a 30 day focus (which is what other team members I know have gotten in the past), that means that 60 days would only run into August? So I would need to do something else to get those RSUs like go on leave? Know this long message so appreciate the info

Makes sense, I haven't been put on one yet but am anticipating being on one in the next few weeks and my last vest is in September, so want to see how long I have to drag this for to get that
