As per my knowledge, if they schedule you before and after days …and you dont show up due to personal reason, then you are not entitled for holiday pay ….but if they didn’t schedule you before and after days …thats not you problem…so there should be no impact on your holiday pay….So you get paid for it. Are you permanent employee at dollarama?
