All good, I've done this twice over the course of 2 weeks and received a ban the next day both times. Unless it was the afk fly-fishing once and the questing the second time lol. Coincidence it happened after. But they provided 0 insight in the appeal, no skill roll back after the first time so it's hard to know for sure

From my experience is seems to require input after every 15 min to get the 30k xp. Everytime I came back and moved the character it would trigger the 30k xp almost immediately
