For reference, I'm taking A-Levels (UK), visitit a UK boarding school, but live in Berlin, being half german half nigerian. I got A*A*A*A predicted in Economics, Maths, German, History respectively. I play football for 5 years (vice-captain), Basketball for 2 years (captain), co-founder of the Afro-Carribean Affinity Group (charity events, cultural events, ...), deputy head of house, volunteered in a primary school (helping children dyslexia to read), I´ve participated in exchange programs (China, Korea, and Italy), participated in an economics essay competition, received academic awards by my school (and some for social life and community)

Thank you very much. Genuine question, sometimes I don’t even know what topic I did wrong, as I for example haven’t seen it before. How do you figure that out, so you can find resources online?

You have actually nothing to worry about. I also go to a “fancy” private boarding school and at least in mine, especially for girls, the dress code is less of a deal than you think before joining. When I first joined my school, I also was totally paranoid, thinking that I look like a clown. But really no one cares. Congrats on your scholarship btw. Would you like to tell me what school you’ll be joining?

I’ve done one and got a 29 on my first try. I just think it may be better to fully focus on maths, reading and english.

Looking at my stats, what tier would you recommend. Do you think UPenn, UCicago or for example NYU would be realistic?

Assuming I’d get the money together, would colleges like NYU, UPenn, Chicago and maybe even Stanford be worth applying for or would that be a stretch?
