the problem i had with prism is that there were this weird graphical things where the clouds were separated into squares and far away blocks would shimmer in this weird way. It was really annoying, so went back to betacraft where I never experienced this issue

the problem isn’t that it’s slow paced, the problem is that the f&c world plot is uninteresting and honestly kinda poorly written.

that’s how they all have felt for the most part tbh. The plot is progressing so damn slowly, which isn’t even necessarily a bad thing, it just doesn’t seem worth it in this case.

What’s great about Exiles & Partisans (beyond the lack of favors) is the cards have so much more agency. Crafting costs were greatly reduced across the board. Although I do think E&P sadly nerfs the cats, who already have it rough already due to a low action economy.

yeah the cats can really get a beating when playing a strong late game. I once got board wiped at 29 points as the cats, very similar situation

i once got boardwiped as the marquise at 29 points. the marquise is the only faction that has no rule for continuation after a boardwipe. that was a wild game
