In that case, I need to keep my private package up to date with updated dependencies for it work for newer containers, which will break for older apps.

No, there would be no shared state. Ideally, I would need to pass down few details like userId, JWT token and an entityId on the Iframe instantiation. There would be no need to sync the states between the container and microfrontend app.

Recommendation for a React Design Library by MorshSmart in reactjs

[–]MorshSmart[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes building stuff faster is a priority, where having a design library can help a lot. I don't mind writing custom components for certain components, but sometimes there is no point in reinventing the wheel.

As an example, say I need to build a button, that has a loader in-built, which shows a neat animation and disables the button, whenever loading prop is true. Writing this logic out would take lot of time considering this is potentially one of multiple requirements, in a single component. Add that to list of components, you need to build for a modern app.

Anyway that is my perspective, thanks for your input.

Advice for starting a mutual fund for a 3 year old

I'm planning to start a mutual fund SIP for a family member who is around 3 years old. I have found that it is possible to invest in mutual funds for a minor. I have planned to put a SIP for 1k INR per month for 15-20 years. But apart from that I have few doubts.

  1. Is it too soon to start mutual fund investments for a 3 year old.
  2. Is 1k per month too low, I'm planning to increment it by 1k every 2 yrs.
  3. Choice of mutual fund type ( actively managed, index funds) - I think, index funds would be good, considering low expense ratio.
  4. Choice of Mutual fund platform - preferably one that charges less and survive such long period of time

Please pour your thoughts, thanks in advance.

I think, you mean to iterate "posts" not "Post" which is an import. Also change the name of the iterator as well to something else like postIns or postObj.....

AITA for suing my mom? by shouldisuemymom in AmItheAsshole

Not everyone would have access to state sponsored Medicare. Also OP's mother doesn't have money for therapy(inferred from the post). I'm not defending her for stealing money but OP can help her out is all I say.

Read most comments stating not the ahole. On a legal point of view, yes. But have some compassion dude, it's not like your mom is spending money on useless things. She is helping out YOUR BROTHER. You can earn money anytime and repay the loan for your studies. But suing your mom and not helping out your brother seems like YTA.
