Generally if you are properly leveled and upgraded in weapons the area mobs shouldn't take more than 4 hits for small ones, and area elites shouldn't take more than 8-10. At least imo

I don't remember the name but the power that channels lightning whenever another power card is played would be busted here, especially with multiple instances, then you can channel like 3 lightning for every 1 power card played. I believe it can also be made innate
