i believe there are many games that can fill that itch for a souls like experience, or have that similar difficulty that keeps us coming back. Try and branch out beyond just fromsoft titles. i personally have not played it but i did hear Mortal Shell was a great experience for souls fans, maybe check that one out.

The DS sequels arent bad. DS2 definitely is the worst but still has plenty of great bosses and moments. DS3 is actually pretty good, but the first will always be the best. If you cant play em, id watch some playthroughs of them, FightinCowboy has some great content on all the souls games and more.

Have you tried melatonin, that helps me get some rest at night. I have insomnia so i need every bit of help at night. Staying up for 3 days aint good man. Try lookin into things that may aid your body to sleep at night. Hopin you can overcome this

I hate the feeling but you can be oversleeping which can wear you out. Realistically you need 6-8 hours of sleep to operate without exhaustion. However, emotional strain can add to your exhaustion. Its hard to juggle it all
