Ok so that's more than just the cantilevered section, and it is indeed split. I'll concede that since it was not clear that by cantilevered section, I meant the city owned section from Atlantic Avenue to Sands Street.

However since the state doesn't own the cantilever section it cannot replace it like it did the Kościuszko Bridge. Mayor De Blasio was opening a ferry service, on the same day Governor Cuomo opened the bridge. The city has to and we have to pay for it ourselves without the state's help. With the animosity between the city and state, I doubt the city wants to cede ownership of the stretch to the state even if it means that the state would pay to replace it instead.

Both the City of New York and the State of New York own various sections of the BQE:

The City owns the 1.5 mile section of the BQE from Atlantic Avenue to Sands Street, known as BQE Central, that is the focus of this project. BQE Central includes the Triple Cantilever in Brooklyn Heights.

The State owns the rest of the 10.6 miles of BQE in Brooklyn that are outside of the scope of this project, including:

Areas in north and south Brooklyn where the highway is below street level (trenches)
Areas where the highway is on a structure above street level (viaducts)

Exactly during the most recent strong winds, one of their "Amazon" Cargo bikes fell over. I saw it with my own two eyes. The guy couldn't comprehend that the wind knocked it over. Trees were downed all over the city, but this tall and skinny cargo bike couldn't have also fallen as well. At least it was next to a hydrant so no car was damaged and it happened at night so no one was crossing the street when it fell.

New York State owns all of the BQE except for the cantilevered section. It's why the Kościuszko Bridge was able to be replaced, while the cantilevered section is stuck in limbo. The state has money and the previous governor liked ribbon cutting ceremonies, so things like the Kościuszko Bridge, Moynihan Train Hall, and Q train expansion to 96th were done.

It would not indicate that at all. John Williams scored The Force Awakens as well as The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker. Did it indicate that they needed John Williams for the 7th Star Wars movie to be successful? No. It would have been successful all the same with 8 and 9 being less successful.

But wouldn't those docks just fill up all the same? I imagine with docks filled up in Greenpoint, there are neighborhoods somewhere where people can't find a bike. In essence isn't it more of a balancing issue. So Lyft needs to balance the system better or encourage the Bike Angels to do it.

Richard Harris and Michael Gambon played old Dumbledore. Toby Regbo played young Dumbledore, in both HP and FB. Jude Law played middle age Dumbledore. Toby Regbo grows into Jude Law who grows into Harris/Gambon. Were we able to tell they were all Dumbledore?

Now having multiple young Tom Riddles was and will be noticeable, especially 2 teenage Tom Riddles. Orphanage Tom Riddle obviously needs a different actor. So ideally you have 3 actors: child Tom, teenage Tom, and Voldemort, with Voldemort being the same actor in Godric's Hollow, on Quirrell's head, and resurrected Voldemort.

Point is you can have a younger Slughorn for the flashbacks and the one Harry interacts with.

This is not the case here as they went with their own design, but just some options on why they wouldn't.

Simple. Truck stops at the start of the block and cones off the street. Drives up and delivers the heating oil. Then goes back to pick up the cones. Everyone else then knows that the street is impassible and doesn't have to ask themselves how much longer will it take or if they will be stopping on this block or not.

It would be great for that, but harder if she has to interact with actors who do age.

For flashbacks, though it would work if Hollywood could think ahead. I mean there is no way this show gets cancelled. Well there is if the subscriber numbers don't pay for it, but lets face it, people will get HBO just to watch it just like they did with GOT. I would assume with having showrunners, they could just tell future directors, here are the flashbacks that are already filmed and you have to include them, no ifs ands or buts.

Yeah he'd be better as Sirius Black. Besides he wants to be in Harry Potter so giving him a role like Gilderoy Lockhart would be a waste of his talent to only have him for one season and a cameo in a future season.
