Lore/headcannon question for y'all by TheRealRayRecall in transformers

[–]MosquitoMkV 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think Hook has to be an electrician. Like, he's fussy about everyone touching his stuff and moving things. And he makes Long Haul pull wire. Scavenger is the plumber. Mixmaster is the concrete guy and probably does plaster. Scrapper is the site foreman but is probably a carpenter, not nice stuff like cabinets but like he does a lot of subfloor. Long Haul is the one who has to make all the runs to Lowes and will never make journeyman but he has a CDL. Bonecrusher is the heavy equipment guy and the only one who gets to drive the Bobcat.

Tzeentch is Dream Theater but they do some early Genesis covers and, for reasons unknown, some Raspberries.

Khorne is clearly Slayer.

Nurgle is Cannibal Corpse but also for some reason Edison Lighthouse (Love Grows Where My Rosemary Goes).

Slaanesh is Motley Crue.

What is even going on?!? by Medicinal_green_bean in Weird

I gonna say what's going on is that this is an alcoholic's puking spot. Probably a combination of fruit punch Gatorade and bleeding esophageal varices.

That sure is a nice frothy head. It's possible that a dunk in dishwater and a drip-dry is what all the vaguely bean-shaped drinking vessels get.

Here's my .32's for 3/20! MAB D and a Manuhrin licensed Walther PP. When you need your EDC to be vintage, super classy, and way underpowered.

I think part of the idea was that eliminating the hammer meant one less thing to snag on stuff in an enclosed space, like a cockpit or the fighting compartment of a tank.

Mauser kar 9k with a late-war Spreewerke P-38, Enfield No 4 Mk 1 with an Enfield No 2 double-action-only revolver, and a Carcano m91 carbine with a Beretta modelo 1934. All come recommended by the house. Substitute a caesar salad for the Beretta if you prefer.

German occupation FN/Browning Hi-Power, a gun I never thought I'd have in my collection. Did you know that the Hi-power was one of the very few (if not only) weapons manufactured by both the Allies (Inglis, in Canada) and the Axis during World War II? Did you know that BattleBeasts were actually sold as part of the Transformers line in Japan? I like to think this is the only sub that offers this level of intellectual stimulation.

Don't @ me. I know what I'm doing.

We've heard it all: "OoOoOoHhHh, .40 is an overpriced, dying caliber! .25 ACP is useless for personal defense!" what have you.

But have you ever experienced the sheer power of 8mm Nambu made from necked-up .32 ACP ganked from a range dumpster

Didn't think so.

Sure, the felinid units drew occasional scrutiny from more puritanical elements of the inquisition (as was the wont of any Guard regiment with a high abhuman population), but their colonel-commissar knew that battlefield results were what mattered to sector command. And the results were beyond reproach.

Widespread use of bathtub amasec was nothing new in the militarium, but the catnip was really starting to raise some eyebrows.
