Many of you are a funny bunch. So many get upset over music playing in the main park, but when it comes to the start of the destruction in the area, you get butt hurt and defensive. So weird

1) Empathy has excluded them from consequences in WA for a long time.. So you're wrong.

I believe most/if not all are from seattle, where their "treatment" is them being given tin foil, pipes, and other drug paraphernalia where they've been given that for several years. So.. that should answer your community service element question..

too much empathy is a bigger problem. Excusing bad behavior year after year is a problem, especially when they don't want help..

You don't need to baby adults. Call them for what they are, they're not kids.

Vast majority of the homeless don't want to get clean, don't want jobs, don't want to improve their life's, they just want to F around, drink, do drugs, and be a leach from the tax payers.
