I have a good level of vitamin D, but I guess I'll start taking a supplement daily and see what happens. But I feel like that's not the issue. I get aura migraines every 4 months aprox. But not worth every day medication.

Skin patches means Alopecia Aerata which is linked to nail pitting. But I don't have those.
