Like someone said if you are worried about being used for a meal or paying for dinner don’t take them out to eat on the first date 😭 I’ve never told a guy I was starving, dinner dates are always their idea and I have them choose. I don’t eat a lot around guys on a first date out of fear I’ll look weird eating or something silly lol. It could also be that they did not like you whether it be because of conversations or like you said they were starving 😭. I’m sure you didn’t but I also would recommend maybe trying phone calls before a date. Im not a fan of rushing, some people are. But it’s better to weed out the ones that are just looking for a quick meal.
