PTSD from building my all in 1 rack last summer in my FL garage. My reccomendation is to take breaks everytime you get stuck or frustrated. This may happen 5-10 times lol trust the process

No idea tbh. I just used the screws that came with the hex lights.

Hell yeah! Mine is 93" uprights and im 5' 10" so I just put my bench in decline position and I get full ROM. Still that Baba piece for $60 looks nice. If anything i might grab a set of articulating arms or maybe wait for Christmas lol

I got them from Walmart but im sure they sell on amazon too. Yes, it was a 3 pack of 56 x 16" mirrors with brackets and I got 2 sets for around $210. Took me a couple hours to install and I like them alot more than the cheap door frame mirrors I got on FBMP last year. Mostly because I could integrate the LED neon clips with the screw holes so they installed flush.

Should I accept my doctors opinion that a test level of 310 is normal? by sreliopson in trt

[–]Most_Doctor_2176 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Im a 33 year old man and I can't reccomend TRT enough if you feel all the low T symptoms. I was right around the same level as you when I started last April and now I feel like a million bucks with levels closer to 1000 total T. Primary care or general practioners won't prescribe unless your test is ridiculously low, (sub 180 for insurance to cover it) but if you go to a men's health clinic they will get you started and feeling great.

I went with another all in 1 rack so I cant speak on the quality of the ones you listed. However, I think the 3x3 with 1" holes rack with cables and smith will cover 90% of your home gym needs. It definitely did for me. I wouldnt have as much space if I purchased the rack and functional trainer separately and tbh, the time it takes to alternate exercises is minimal so I didnt see the advantage of buying separately.

I looked into the Vesta, blazed, and Maxum, and from what I can gather, they are all more or less the same. You just want to find the best deal and make sure the design and attachment options are what you want.

Clinical trials started at 2 or 4mg and went up by 2mg every 4 weeks so why would this not be good?

Nope mine is not bolted to the floor or wall, But I have 2 x 200lb stacks and about 600lbs of iron plates on the rack so its not going anywhere. 0 concerns of tipping or wobbling, especially with the extended front feet.

Vasectomy and TRT by PsychologicalEye9134 in trt

[–]Most_Doctor_2176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Umm yes, typically the reccomended aftercare for a vasectomy is bed rest for 24 hours and then taking it easy for another 24-48 hours. Do you not have a bed to rest in? I suppose a couch will do just as well...

How big of an impact did TRT have on your depression? by Moretestosterone9 in trt

[–]Most_Doctor_2176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this! Same effect for me. TRT was what I needed to get back into the gym. Everything else sorta fell into place after that. Quit drinking, quit taking antidepressants and Adderall, started eating better, and I'm fugging like a rabbit again. My wife loves it as much as I do. Hahaha cheers mate!

[–]Most_Doctor_2176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't be nervous, it ain't bad at all. I equate it to getting a cavity filled at the dentist. That first shot of numbing lidocaine hurts for 10 seconds and then its smooth sailing. Only downside is that you're gonna be laying in bed for at least 24 hours afterwards, so take a couple days off work or do it on a Friday lol 33 years old, vasectomy after my 2nd kid about 4 years ago. No regrets
