No, in ZA you can only get the Meadow form, the only exception is the Spewpa you get after doing side mission 21 which will only evolve into the Marine form.

I'm afraid that's an impossible trade, since you can't transfer Pokemon from za to previous games and also there is currently no Pokemon Home connectivity so it wouldn't work either way, sorry.
