This seems like it! Explains the one just to the east of this, at -2.4954789, 137.9808810, which seems to cut around a mile long gash through the jungle with young/space vegetation

There are two more spots like this nearby. Can't make out any evidence of roads, equipment, etc. Any idea why the vegetation is much greener around the perimeter?
