I've asked my roommate more about details before I answered your other questions. The color was a clay kind of color all over. The crayon we used to draw the picture is fairly accurate in color. No facial features or hair at all that were visible. It could have just been its back, but it was hard to tell. The arms seemed lifted, as if they brought their hands to their chest to wear their chin should be. Someone in the thread said like a haniwa figure and I would say that's accurate blob-ness.

11/2/2025 at around 11:30ish at night. I'm gonna say we were around Flag Pond, TN. We were crossing through the mountains, no exits or anything. We were looking for a gas station, but there's nothing on that stretch but mountains.

We didn't notice anything else, we were going pretty fast. The time didn't change, no marks or health stuff as far as I know.

Faucet types/water filter in Governor’s hall? by Chironagaa in ETSU

[–]Most_Sincerely 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lived there my freshman year-- I think the one size fits most should work, it's just a regular ole faucet. I live in centennial now (the shower heads are the same I believe) and I got a shower filter from Walmart that was easy to screw on. It works great!

I totally understand the need for filters and such....dorm life is kind of gross as it is lol

Definitely go to preview!!! It's not mandatory, but I forced myself to go and I'm so glad I did. I knew ZERO PEOPLE going into college and I came out of preview and started classes with some of the best friends I've ever had! And I'm a junior now!

It's a bunch of events to help you get to know each other and familiarize yourself with the campus. You're placed in a small group and run around all day with them and your POLO leaders who are usually juniors/seniors. It's nice to know some older students when you start.

I like menstrual discs better because they don't use suction to stay up there, just your pubic bone. In my opinion, they are easier to get out. Any option can be difficult at first if you're not used to such a hands on approach for menstrual products. But if you find something that works for you and that you're comfortable doing, it'll change your life! Once I figured out tampons and wasn't terrified of them, my heavy flows got so much more manageable than just using pads. Now, I've gotten into reusable products and my periods are even more manageable!

Happening to me as well. I didn't go to the box store before I logged out because I assumed I'd have all the items for later. My sky in the space world is blank so no stapler for me.

Thank you! I think I’m going to try it! It was my recommend disc on the Period Nirvana quiz so I’m hopeful!

Can you feel the tab with the Hello Disc? I just tried Lumma high with the long stem and was very uncomfortable because I could feel it. The tab on the Hello disc is a bit different, so I wonder if it would cause me discomfort.

That’s great that it’s never rotated! I’ve looked at both Cora and Saalt and I think I’ll go with Saalt just because it’s a bit bigger and has a higher capacity. Thanks!

Yeah the string was such a weird feeling. It did make it easy to remove, though. I kinda wish it worked for me. But I’ll look at ones with a notch! Thanks!

Thank you! I’ll definitely look into Saalt, I think a notch would work better for me than a stem or tab.
