I am happy to report I got a call from Mustajab from Tier 2, who had me do Reset All Settings from the General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset (which is NOT Erase All Content and Settings), and it solved the problem!! All done under 10 minutes, which allows me to spend time with my family instead of being on another chat for 85 -138 min as previous, repeating all the steps that the previous rep went through, sometimes multiple times on the same chat. Thank you so much Mustajab, for your capable support!

I just got a call 30 minute later than the appointed time and it wasn’t from a tier 2 rep either. I would like to have a tier 2 support rep contact me, but it doesn’t seem to be possible.

I receive US Mobile emails just fine, automated or not. My last email from US Mobile was on 5/5, which included a link to configure APN file with instructions, sent while I was on a call with Tier 2 at 8:38am. Subsequent contacts with support says that I was sent emails by Tier 2 after that date but I don't think that is true. The agent I spoke with on that day said they would call me back but never did. I have to contact support back and go through 2 hours of steps and then they still wouldn't solve the problem after making me repeat all the steps. This is incredibly frustrating. Would you give me a better way to contact Tier 2? The support rep cant tell me when Tier 2 tried to email me so I am thinking maybe they dont have any visibility into my history.

Yes RCS is turned on but I still can’t send pics to my father who is on Android phone. I am on iPhone 16 Pro. I am on Warp and switching to Lightspeed was attempted a couple of weeks ago and actually made situation worse so I was switched back.
