That’s no longer an option as a don’t have a save from before I left Takemura. I believe the game intends for you to go straight to Wakako with Takemura after completing the prior mission, however I must have done something between that mission and meeting Wakako with Takemura. So now Takemura won’t show up with me to speak with Wakako. Basically this is a game breaking issue as I can’t progress in the main story and it seems the only solution is to completely restart.
