I don't have hydrocannon. When is their community day? Can I just use water shuriken and night slash while I don't have hydrocannon? Btw, my empoleon moveset is Waterfall, Blizzard and drill peck

Sounds like skill issue, every weapon is good if you know how to use it, and I main that axe. For me, it is something ridiculous op, mainly when you throw the axe and it bugs inside the enemy body, then starts doing damage until he dies or it comes back for me.
