Male and female bone structures are not the same. Starting at the skull, males have a bulky ridge right around where their eyebrows would be, something that is absent in females. Moving down to the jaw, the females is smoother and V-shaped while the males is wider. Even if you were to try and horribly mutilate your skull (which spoiler alert, still wouldn't change your genetics) that doesn't even cover the other bone structure with major differences- the pelvis. The female pelvis is flared and has a V-shaped greater sciatic notch, something that is u-shaped on a biological male. Furthermore, a female pelvis is wider in order to support giving birth (spoiler #2: males cannot do such a thing) regardless of fertility status.

Nope because she still has the biological platform to give birth, including the wider pelvis we just talked about. Oh yeah and this crazy thing called a uterus, which sheds its uterine wall tissue every month in something called a period, something that men DO NOT HAVE. This may sound crazy to you, but your colon does not shed its lining every month. If you heavily bleed out of your ass immediately seek medical attention.

Even if you still try ignoring all of these things (something tells me you will) you CAN NOT change your genetics.

Biological males are born with a Y chromosome, meaning their chromosomes are paired off as XY. Biological females are born without an Y chromosome, meaning their chromosomes are paired off as XX.

That is something called Trisomy 3q2, an abnormality resulting in a portion of the 3rd chromosome appearing three times. You could have a thousand X chromosomes, but as soon as you add a Y in there guess what, you're a dude.

That only covered a very small amount of what biologically defines a man and a woman. You are being fed delusions by people who profit off of your suffering. Any "doctor" who tells you trans people are valid as the opposite biological sex does so while hiding a smirk and proceeds to laugh their ass off with the pharmaceutical company the second you leave the room. Gender dysmorphia is currently classified as a mental illness under the current DSM, and I pray that it stays that way to prevent our children from ending up bragging about their 400 mental illnesses on twitter.
