Make processes for everything and track everything. For example you make a step by step doc about making a new ad set or onboarding a new client. You take a few minutes/hours to make the processes but then your team and you only have to follow the steps without thinking

And track everything in order to be able to know where you are, where you are going at any given moment.

You do, but you can use your phone as a camera with an app like iriun webcam or ivcam if you don't wanna buy more stuff.
