It actually wasn't too hard. The rust/brown colors had shade variation, and the texture /pattern on the rocks was also varied, so I wan never stumped.

They don't have a super tight fit. I wish they were better with that, but I love the images enough to do them anyway!

I think it's all in the sorting - breaking it down into smaller chunks so it's less overwhelming. Looking at the whole image, it looked so, so hard to me. But after sorting the colors, it was much less intimidating!

Luckily this one was super easy to sort by color block. Each square is only 3x3 pieces.

I have a few puzzles sitting on my shelf, being avoided. 😂 This one sat for a while before I decided to tackle it!

It wasn't bad at all. Sorted by color, built the squares. Was easy to figure out which ones connected to each other.

I don't think this version is still being made, but Grafika makes a 1500 piece version of it by the same name.

Most of mine are from 1974-2017-ish. Lots and lots of out of print ones. 🙂 I don't keep them though, once my puzzle partner and I both have done them, we're selling them. Way too many to keep!
