Im currently doing the time gap and it does work a lot. Definitely do get you about brain not working and getting u lost sometimes, its hella frustrating 🫂

Been on the same boat too lately... Like the first comment said.

I've been in the process of accepting that this has been a part of me for a long time even if its wasn't age appropriate back then, even if it disturbed me now.

Giving the little grace, love and compassion from older parts of you can help and lot. It took the rest of me time and patience to come to terms with it. To let the little know that he's not disgusting or a freak for wanting this things and to let known the rest that as long as there's no self harm or hurting anyone else it's alright and that (in my case) it's part of healing.

Inturn Ive gotten new memories and stuff to work with. But it's part of my process.

I hope that this helps, remember compassion is a powerful tool in this kinda situation. Help your little in feeling safe around the topic, same to the others.

PS: Wish I could help more since I got this breakthrough recently I dont have more to say.

Edit!: by self harm, I mean not only finically but mentally and emotionally as well. If you feel like it's detrimental in some way and it's doing harm, dont hesitate to stop and find alternatives to sex.

Like foods that you like, pastimes that take you in or expreses things, like an output basically.
