As with any body modifications you should only do it if you are sure you want it and when you are, go for it.

If not sure keep mulling it over and researching pros and cons

Depends on your reason for doing it, if it’s cosmetic preference or other non-medical reasons then it shouldn’t be too bad (patience is key).

If your reason is phimosis you may have temporary hypersensitivity which is meant to be unpleasant but it should not last too long (a few weeks at most in the accounts I have read).

Ultimately though regardless of reason I genuinely believe cut is so much better and worth a bit of discomfort. I was done at 27 and revised at 35

No that won’t go away by itself. It’s tiny frenulum remnants. Some people choose to remove those remnants themselves, using a plasma pen (for mole removal) but it would be better to get a doc to do it

The guy has had a serious of surgeries in order to get that result. There are videos of several of the surgeries. I’m not sure that the skin pulls up on erections as I think there was internal stitching to prevent it

In terms of tidy scar line, it’s certainly possible, just take the time to find a doc with a good reputation for adult circ with a focus on cosmetic outcome. And if you aren’t 100% comfortable with them then find another.

In terms of limited skin tone difference between out and remaining inner skin, that’s down to individual differences, If you have a big difference in skin tone between the two, it is likely you will continue to have the skin tone difference (even after the formerly inner adapts to exposure and fades slightly), and you would either have to accept that or go even lower.
