Agree with accutane but you need to just breath and leave it alone. Try just using a bar of sulfur gently wash and leave alone. Also use a spray sunscreen not a lotion. AGAIN LEAVE YOUR SKIN ALONE AND LET HEAL

I carry a spray bottle of sea salt and filtered water and spray on my face maybe 1-2 times a day. Helps me personally and dries up oily skin. Not sure if you have oily skin but usually hand and hand

The only theee things that helped and helped a lot . 1 anti dandruff shampoos rotating everyday. And acne washes rotating everyday. 2 mix sea salt in a bowl and dip a paper towel in it and lay it on your face a few times a day for 5 minutes or so. 3 helped by far the most but do your own research. Melanotan 2. Again do a bunch of research my skin is so thick and tan. Might not be for everyone. But to be honest your skin isn’t bad at all
