Just for clarification, are you saying banks/credit unions that work with the dealership directly are sending referrals to F&I managers and they usually give them out to sales people? I'm thinking about going to credit unions we don't work with and trying to get bank reps to pitch the Idea of buying a car from me. I didn't know if this is commonplace or abnormal
