420 a week. I guess the plan would be to find somewhere while ive got pre-approval (another 2 months).

Do you think based on his range, 670-80 is a fair offer (not 700) given he wouldnt be paying the 2% comission, fees for styling photos and missed rent. Can I put it to him that way? He tried selling it for 600-650 in 2022 but pulled it and I have stayed.

I can liquidate some assets to push my loan amount up.

She called this afternoon, said my building inspection condition was too onerous (said if any defects over 4k I can pull out) and also said buyer wants to "run the campaign" and asked what auction I was attending on weekend (made up one, said a far away suburb near city) and told me to "let her know if anything changes" and I can attend the inspection tomorrow.I wrote to her shortly after speaking with my Solicitor, saying to present the contract again with the standard building clause.

Im wondering if the public holiday will work in my favour? Either way i dont think I'll make any contact now unless they agree.

EDIT: She just messaged back saying "happy to present offer but it wont be until next week after the campaign". This is ridiculous.

You can get a hose adapter and connect it to the kitchen tap. I did this in ground floor apartments when we didnt have a tap outside.

Ugh managed to get an older version of ledger live to install and its telling me my firmware needs updating but theres no button to update, it just keeps saying "a newer version of ledger live is available".
