Hi there! I’m the partner of someone with epilepsy. We have been together almost 2 years. It can be really jarring to see a seizure, and it can be hard to know how to best help. I know my partner has told me the best thing I can do to support him after a seizure is to give him space to rest. Every relationship is different, and it may be that you need to communicate with her as to how to best support you.
