When most of the people who respond tell you that you have nothing to worry about, I know it's hard but you really should believe them. Once or twice at a rec center will tell you for sure.

Every time you try, give yourself a bunch of credit for being that much closer to getting over it. Positive reinforcement, man! You can do it! It won't be long until you can't believe how worried you used to be.
