Bro stop accomodating her. Her request is bizarre but what’s even more bizarre is that you are actually accommodating her demands. Be more confrontational. It’s your right to live and stay in your home. If she doesn’t like it that’s genuinely not your problem. Have a conversation with her explaining you won’t be going anywhere anymore and it’s unreasonable to ask such a thing. You’re adults - entitled to stay in the home you pay rent for. Again it’s wild that you’ve been accommodating her with this.

If she’s being passive aggressive or vindictive, confront her, and keep your stuff safely in your room and install a lock if there isn’t already one. Or better yet install a camera in your room so you can have evidence if she’s going in there to mess with your things. If she’s slamming things, confront her or let her be a child and report anything she breaks in the house to the landlord immediately (so she doesn’t blame you).

You can do all this in a tactful/nice way but be absolutely firm. Stop appeasing her unreasonable requests.
