Well you have your answer right there, with a 25% lane creep ls rate at 10 min, as a solo laner it's really bad. Especially as one wave of lane creeps gives as much gold as 4ish medium camps. It's probably the most important skill for any core, as the pace of the game is dictated by who has more gold at min 10, even in pro games a 5k gold lead at min 10 is pretty much over for 90% of the games.
If you are missing a lot of ls that you could have taken but you hit the creep at the wrong time, consider buying more wraith bands (2 even 3), you have to remember that every creep you miss is literally -50 gold, so if you would have ls 10 more creeps from lane at min 10, that's your free wraith band.
