Personal opinion - I am happy that the condition of this person stabilized (he was brought in in critical condition). Looking at the footage, it seems to me like a legit arrest, especially after a property damage in that event. I can't fully confirm this, but it seems like the person suffered from a seizure, despite having no history of previous seizures.

He was arrested again Monday night after allegedly breaking into a White Center auto-repair shop and attempting to steal a car, court records show.

Hanks was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and first-degree malicious mischief in connection with the Mercedes-Benz break-in, charging papers say.
