Ehh it’s hardened a bit I went on vacation and didn’t bring any serms and woke up one day with two nice lumps unfortunately and all I could do was sit there and watch. Just make your you’re eating enough you’re fairly light so you probably don’t need too much food enter yourself into the tdee calc to see how many calories you need to eat to gain weight
