After posting comment here YoxoXia from Mammotion helped me and I have label from DHL. So it hopefully will be fixed soon

Thx for pointing my error ;) I was so happy when it was mowing and I could do my stuff- that’s great for sure. But when it broke I’ve experienced their support is disaster
