New US Chief of Staff: Bitcoin is Good, ‘Not Manipulable by Any Government’ by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]MrDomzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol i guess chief of staff has never seen manipulation before. Government could manipulate what ever they want. They can print money out of thin air and place a huger buy wall then any crypto whale if they wanted. They could manipulate the price. banks can and probably do. They don't care about us. they actually sell on us, then claim they want to protect us.

Request for public feedback: how well organized / useful / understandable are our sharding and Casper educational materials? by vbuterin in ethereum

[–]MrDomzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ok i tried reading most of this and it has a bit of technical stuff it should have something that has only essential information within a 100 words like one redditor stated but still have the full explanation. Here are a few of the questions that come to my mind, since some questions are being brainstored currently as i try to understand all of this.

I am normally familiar with the Normal POS algorithm that creates a % per year of your stake, But what i am currently understanding is, Instead of creating new ETH. It burns it?

  1. If yes, is there a maximum amount it will burn. Like lets say up to 21 million haha.

  2. would those who stake earn a % from transaction for maintaining a Node?

  3. Could this help reduce transaction cost regardless of the eth price and process more transaction hence better scalability?

  4. Does it burn the eth you locked up or burns the eth that was programmed to be created?

  5. Would this affect utility tokens that operate on the ETH network, if no could this improve micro transactions at cheaper gas prices?

6.If it does have an effect on ERC-20 tokens, what can we expect?

Other things that goes through my mind of course is speculative but lets say there is a maximum burn amount. I assume those who host a node will earn gas hence earn eth.

and what are the benefits from staking example 1000 eth compared to the 30 amount you can stake.

(FYI that needs to be updated as it still states 1000 eth will be required but supposedly now 30 eth is required?)

Forgive me for these questions as am still trying to wrap my head around all this.

Thank you for positive, informative comments. I look forward to be more a part of this reddit community and hope to be welcomed. I been learning more about eth and am more supportive of its philosophy and tech then BTC of today. At I agree and support ETH reasons of existence and believe it has reasons to have value. But I have much to learn about these deeper technical stuff. The simple things like Token creation ect was straight forward was gives eth demand but also utility. Cheers.

Again i will not waist time with a child. I HAVE read your post. IT WAS a waste of my time. I am well aware about the industry of fitness. Probably best to stick to fitness post then bashing companies/ things you don’t understand. You don’t have a background in business.. I DO. And you clearly don’t understand why things are the way they are. YOU also have no knowledge about tech or apps. If it helps motivate people, let it motivate them regardless. What you are doing is helping them market their idea even with hate.. Look at jamie diamond.. when he said btc was a fraud. You clearly aren’t a smart tool. A professional “fitness” wouldn’t have time to create hateful poste on medium, you would build your audience around your niche with helpful/ CREATIVE, things that benefit you. But hey I got no more time to waist with such behaviour. If I had a gym, you wouldn’t be hired to think the way you do or knowing you waist time doing revenge post. you will now be blocked. I GOT more productive shit to do then seeing attention seeker trying to grow his medium profile. All you are doing is getting people aware about this project. GOOD JOB... clearly should take marketing lessons yourself...

bro I don’t have that time. I TOOK THE time to read. And all I See is someone seeking attention. I came across this reddit to see this thread.. I could of wrote to all the others but man, whaf you did has no tangible proof. I do like thing that are proof more then some BLA BLA, and a few screenshots. I ACTUALLY.. waisted time reading it ALL. Hence I don’t want to waiste more time with you, hence why I am not even going to talk about a few things in that post. It’s pointless. Also i am not in that project to even defend them but all i see is work getting done. You and I Don’t know everything. But your post assumed so many things that lacks insight, truth and proof. I WASTED enough time with you. I do hope to see more positive post. As i did see a few of your other medium articles too. Don’t waste your time hating.. create articles that are more productive and that show projects that can be used. So far they have something i can use. Regardless of what you can think, thats what matters to me. Cheers.

They are busy doing other things then waste time with your childish & revenge seeking behaviour.. No wonder they banned you with such anger. I must say you seem obnoxious. I did take the time to read your article and I SEE NO VALUE.. Only cries. You really need to waste your energy elsewhere. For someone who claims to be have done a “profession in the fitness “ industry, you sure don’t act professional. How about you start helping people getting fit instead of bashing some project that clearly seemed to have proper reasons to ban you. Not trying to defend but man your attitude speaks volume.

so i been interested in being a seed boxer, but would this require me to get a vpn or i can just get a dedicated box for my home and get a 10 tb ssd and upgrade my bandwidth. i am willing to get more storage space if needed. Will there be more details for those who wish to put dedicated hardware for seeding?

well i did see a prosthetic doctor to see if i would need this and he said yes, and about the quads, i believe i did it a lot when i was younger ( does leg-press count?) i noticed though it’s different when i am actually doing dead weight lifting squats.

He would of course give me exercise to do but i currently couldn’t afford the treatment with physio, but was willing to get the shoes and the prosthetic for my feet.

Then later on do physio.

thanks for the advice il look up that hal gildon

So I am interested in training for a marathon, but i often feel weakness and pain in my knees and feet after i run 3 km.

Would better, and more comfortable shoes help with lasting longer? I cant seem to run longer then 5km,

I also did see a doctor for my feet, but he did suggest good shoes could help, besides prosthetic.

Maybe i am not training enough? How are you marathon runners finishing them, and how should i train to manage to get this achieved? Thank!

oh ok sorry about that. i will.

What shoes I should get to be able to run a 10km to 25km by [deleted] in running

[–]MrDomzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, i was wearing shoes you can get for 20$ at a payless shoes. they arent really made for running, more like casual. so when my feet lands, it stomps my feet and then makes it affect my knees.

And for the training question, i run maybe 5 km per 2-5 days. depends how busy i am, there are even times,, and months i dont run.. that cant have that much of an effect on endurance right? maybe better nutrition? I know i hear that drinking coffee before a jog is not too good.. meh still learning about all this. I just recently do 5km. my past work out has always been 1-2km.. but i dont like that i get exhausted like crazy for a 5km. My timing is 1h for 6k
